Odd Future Records announce first signing

The label set up by the LA hip hip collective Odd Future as part of a deal with Sony has announced Young Ni**a as its first signing.

A statement from the band reads:

“While our original intent was not to sign anyone to the label we simply could not pass up the opportunity to sign somebody this talented. Young Ni**a embodies the DIY ethic and persona of Odd Future along with a commercial appeal that transcends demographics.”

The first single by Young Ni**a will premiere on oddfuture.com at 11pm tonight.
