Nile Rodgers gives keynote interview at International Music Summit
Nile Rodgers gave a hour-long interview at this year’s International Music Summit in the Gran Hotel in Ibiza for a keynote interview with IMS partner Pete Tong, following his popular session in 2012.
One year later from part one, Rodgers is now touring again with Chic and has recently re-boosted his profile thanks to his role in the colossal success of Daft Punk collaboration ‘Get Lucky’.
Highlights of the session with Rodgers included playing an improvised version of his ‘Get Lucky’ guitar part live, talking about his life and upbringing, blogging and songwriting.
Rodgers also created the offical IMS 2012 anthem with a remix by Eats Everything that was put up for auction to raise money for charity.
