Nicolas Jaar, Carl Barât, Temper Trap added to Africa Express line-up
A whole of new names have been added to this year’s Africa Express billing.
The featured bands and artists will travel across the UK by train in September for a series of concerts showcasing worldwide music.
Among the acts newly confirmed are Nicolas Jaar, Carl Barât and Temper Trap, as well as Kyla La Grange and Marques Toliver.
The other new additions include Tony Allen, Hatim Bensalha (H-Kayne), Afel Bocoum, Toumani Diabate, Krar Collective, M1 (Dead Prez), M.anifest, Spoek Mathambo, John McClure (Reverend and the Makers), Nneka, The Very Best (Soundsystem) and Rizzle Kicks.
Previous confirmed for the September events are the likes of Damon Albarn, Charli XCX, Noisettes, Jack Steadman of Bombay Bicycle Club, Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Nick Zinner.
