Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds are poised for their first-ever number one album, taking an early lead in the mid-week UK charts.
The Aussie group, who released Push The Sky Away via their own Bad Seed imprint on Monday, are currently riding high at the end of Tuesday night according to the Official Charts Company.
MusicWeek report that the record is currently “72% ahead of its nearest rival”.
The band’s last record, Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!, reached #4 spot back in 2008.
