Newsround :: Featuring Radio 1, worriedaboutsatan, The National, Band Of Horses
A couple of news items to keep you abreast of this fine and Spring-like morning…
First, my good self (the Eric Morecombe look-a-like, Editor and co-founder) will be on the Radio 1 Review Show this evening. I shall be discussing the weeks releases, including some popular beat-combos like Pendulum and Roll Deep. It’s from 9pm, so tune in to see if I make an arse of myself…
On more music related greatness, worriedaboutsatan have announced plans to release a limited edition single. Self-released, it’s called ‘Heart Monitor’ and was mastered by friend and imminent tour partner Tom Morris of Her Name is Calla. The track will be available as a highly limited CD single. The CD features exclusive artwork and stem files for fans, aspiring and established musicians alike to create their own remixes of the title track, and is limited to just 100 copies.
The single is available to stream now at www.myspace/worriedaboutsatan, and will be launched officially midway through a UK tour with Her Name is Calla, with a special homecoming show at Leeds Holy Trinity Church on Monday 29th March 2010.
Look out for our exclusive two-way interview between Her Name Is Calla and worriedaboutsatan in the coming weeks…
