New season of Girls to feature new music from Beck, Miguel & more

U.S TV show Girls is often credited with helping Icona Pop’s rise to stardom in the States by using “I Love It” on their soundtrack. Now, the creators have revealed that they’ll showcase even more new music in their upcoming season by some pretty big name acts.

Speaking to Radio.com, the show’s music supervisor Manish Raval confirmed that new music from the likes of Beck, Miguel, Jenny Lewis, Lily Allen and others will feature during Season Three.

The new season premieres this Sunday (12 January) on HBO. Watch a trailer for it beneath:
