New Chynna album Drug Opera being released next week

Drug Opera, a new album by the late rapper Chynna, has been announced for release next week.

News of Chynna's Drug Opera album follows the release of April's "burnout" track, which marked the one-year anniversary of Chynna's death, and is accompanied by a new song titled "seasonal depression pt. 2", which features production from Nedarb and Suicideyear.

As Pitchfork reports, Chynna was working on Drug Opera, and came up with the title before her death.

The album will follow the rapper's 2019 final EP In Case I Die First.

"seasonal depression pt. 2" is out now. Chynna's Drug Opera album will arrive 20 August.
