After rumours circulating the last few weeks, Neon Neon have confirmed their upcoming new album release.
The band, a collaboration between the ex-Super Furry Animals frontman Gruff Rhys and hip-hop producer Boom Bip, released their debut back in 2008 – a LP believed to be their only planned work together.
However, the follow-up, Praxis Makes Perfect, is now due for release on 29 April via Lex Records and is inspired by “the life and times of Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, who died in highly suspicious circumstances in 1972.”
As DIY point out, the pair also seem to be working with Italian singer Sabrina Salerno on the project.
