While it turns out that we might not be getting the previously-rumoured Neil Young and Jack White collaborative album, the pair are set to team up in a different way – with White’s Third Man Records set to release Young’s next album.
A Letter Home has been described as an “unheard collection of rediscovered songs from the past recorded on ancient electro-mechanical technology”, set for release in March.
Young told Rolling Stone recently that the LP is “one of the lowest-tech experiences I’ve ever had”.
