Nas announces release of “Lost Tapes 2” and posthumous Pimp C album via his new label Mass Appeal Records

It’s been twenty years since Nas’s debut Illmatic, which just received the reissue treatment last month, and the rapper has now launched his own independent label, Mass Appeal Records.
The first two releases for said label have been announced. Nas will be putting out his own Lost Tapes 2, a collection of previously unreleased tracks, as well as an album from the late Pimp C, which will see feature production by Mike Will Made It and DJ Mustard.
Mass Appeal Records will also put out a promotional compilation later this summer, which will include artists such as Future, Pusha T, Mac Miller and more.
