Napalm Death founder releases drone solo LP, listen to opening track

Nicholas Bullen, who served as a member of Birmingham grindcore troupe Napalm Death between 1981-1987, has announced details of his first solo LP.
Component Fixations will be released on 13 May via Type Records, and sees the musician take a somewhat different route to that of his former band with what has been described as a series of “tape manipulations, drones and noise”.
The record is just three tracks long, with each a masterful study in chopping up and spliced glitch. You can listen to the 11 min opening track ‘Element Configuration III i. Of Three Elements’ below.
