Mykki Blanco teases fans over potential collaboration with Madonna, stating, "2019 might be full of all kinds of surprises".
The multi-talented wordsmith announced his sophomore album Stay Close to Music, Stay Close to God last month, and has now responded to fans wanting a Madonna collaboration.
Retweeting a fan who expressed, "If Madonna works with Mykki Blanco... omg", Mykki Blanco stated, "Well 2019 might be full of all kinds of surprises..."

Blanco's tweet arrives three days after Madonna shared a picture of Blanco and Nakhane on Instagram, with the caption, "Was such a treat introducing my 2 favorite artists tonight in Lisbon!"
Stay Close to Music, Stay Close to God will succeed Blanco's 2016 self-titled debut album. The second album announcement was accompanied by the revealing of a star-studded tracklist, featuring Anohni, Kelsey Lu, MNEK, Saul Williams, Diana Gordon, Jamila Woods, Ah Mer Ah Su, Slug Christ, Devendra Banheart, Jónsi of Sigur Rós, and many more.
