Mute Records have announced the launch of a new imprint aimed at the progressive electronic market.
The brainchild of former Domino A&R man Patrick O’Neill and Mute founder Daniel Miller, ‘Liberation Technologies’ is intended to be a platform for boundary-pushing electronic music from new and established artists alike.
The label will see its first official release on 19 March with the Spring EP, recorded by Laurel Halo under her King Felix pseudonym. You can read more about the new label over at The Quietus.
