Moses Boyd remixes Nubya Garcia's "Pace"
Ahead of her performance at the 2021 Mercury Prize Awards show next week, Nubya Garcia has teamed up with Moses Boyd for a remix of her Source album opener "Pace".
After announcing her forthcoming remix album SOURCE ⧺ WE MOVE with Kaidi Tatham's remix of "La cumbia me está llamando" last month, Garcia has unveiled Moses Boyd's take on the album opener "Pace".
Garcia says, "Moses Boyd’s interpretation of "Pace" brings his skills as a producer and drummer to the forefront, while displaying his musicality at the same time. I’m thrilled to collab with him, a friend and colleague!"
Boyd's remix of "Pace" marks his first outing since teaming up with SW2 on the Bridge The Gap / Dirty South EP in May.
SOURCE ⧺ WE MOVE will also feature remixes by Georgia Anne Muldrow, KeiyaA and more.
