Morrissey hospitalised with “double pneumonia”

Morrissey’s increasingly worrying ill-health continues as the singer is hospitalised with “double pneumonia”.

According to CMU, the former Smiths frontman is suffering pneumonia in both lungs. He is, however, expected to be released by Thursday to play a show in Mexico.

Just this weekend, Morrissey had to cancel shows due to an “ongoing medical condition”. He has previously been taken ill this year suffering from a bleeding ulcer and Barrett’s esophagus.
