Morrissey concert to screen in IMAX 3-D
A film of Morrissey’s 2 March performance at LA’s Hollywood High School auditorium is set to play in IMAX 3-D across the US, with 47 cinemas lined up, according to the nephew of the former Smiths frontman.
Sam Etsy Rayner, an LA-based photographer and the son of Morrissey’s sister broke the news about the film yesterday on Facebook:
So the film of the Morrissey show at The Hollywood High School will be shown at 47 cinema across the United States of America, you lucky bastards. Available in IMAX 3D.
The news will be welcomed by many US-based fans of the bequiffed one who missed out from seeing their idol due to numerous tour cancellations in recent months.
