Moderat announce first album in six years MORE D4TA
Moderat, the German supergroup made up of Sascha Ring and Modeselektor's Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary, have returned from their hiatus to announce their first album in six years, MORE D4TA.
MORE D4TA will be Moderat's fourth album, following 2016's III, and according to a press release the new album deals with "feelings of isolation and information overload."
The trio announced they were taking a hiatus to focus on their own projects in 2017, and spent two years away from each other before returning to work on material as Moderat.
Much of MORE D4TA's lyrics are inspired by Ring's trips to Berlin’s Gemäldegalerie museum.
The album has a run time of 46 minutes and 33 seconds, which is spread across 10 tracks.
