Due out on Fat Cat/Suffering Jukebox on 20 June, Yucca will be the first full-length to come from ex-Nine Black Alps bassist Martin Cohen’s new band Milk Maid. Recorded in Cohen’s basement and drawing inspiration from the fuzzy, slacker rock of their American counterparts this album promises to marry classic pop hooks and raw spontaneity. You can check out their previous track ‘Such Fun’ below ahead of their UK tour.
