Miley Cyrus has been cast in Woody Allen's upcoming Amazon original series, alongside Elaine May and Allen himself.

There's still very few details about the series, other than there's set to be six half-hour episodes and it'll be set in the '60s.

It might seem like an odd pairing, but Cyrus certainly has a healthy cinematic CV - Hannah Montana and Bolt for starters.
