Miley Cyrus documentary to air on MTV later this year

A not-yet-titled one-hour documentary based on teen actress-turned-pop singer Miley Cyrus will be broadcast by MTV during the autumn.

As Billboard report, the announcement was made on Friday by MTV executives at the annual Television Critics Association summer press tour in Beverly Hills. The film is said to focus on Cyrus’ recording of her new album, with cameras following and documenting progress along the way.

The documentary follows a significant change in direction for the singer in recent times, specifically with new single ‘We Can’t Stop’. You can watch the video to that beneath.
