Michelle Obama is a big fan of Beyoncé's Homecoming documentary
Former US First Lady Michelle Obama has posted a video message celebrating Beyoncé's Homecoming movie.
Earlier this week, Beyoncé released her Homecoming documentary on Netflix alongside the 40-track live album.
Michelle Obama has expressed her gratitude towards Beyoncé in a new video message posted online, "Girl you have done it again, constantly raising the bar for us all, and doing it flawlessly."
The former First Lady adds, "Girl, you make me so proud, and I love you. I also love that your new Netflix film, Homecoming, is informed by the black leaders, thinkers, and poets who've paved the way for folks like us."
Michelle Obama ends her message by encouraging Beyoncé to "keep telling the truth, because you can do it in a way no one else can."
So proud of my girl! The Queen has done it again. @Beyonce, thank you for always living your truth. #Homecoming pic.twitter.com/NlNkKIwqN6
