Seven Saturdays, the brainchild of Jonathan D. Haskell, have revealed a remix of The Snowflakes That Hit Us Became Our Stars EP track ‘Au Revoir’.
The original 6 minutes, 30 seconds of rich orchestration, sultry vocal whispers, sweeping hopeful strings and stunning mournful ambience have been condensed into just less than 4 minutes by the Canadian dream-pop duo Memoryhouse. Equally as beautiful, Denise Nouvion and Evan Abeele’s remix sees the track’s smooth, layered instrumentals split up into a more staccato arrangement of flurrying choral vocals, looping upbeat percussion and stirring bell chimes.
Hit play and just take a few minutes to do nothing other than let the blissful soundscape envelope you.
