One of our favourite UK acts, Maybeshewill, are heading out on tour. On the back of a very busy 2009, which saw them release their second album and re-issue some long-lost material, the East-Midlands based post-rockers are getting back into the swing of touring life.
June
01 – The Admiral, Glasgow
02 – The Packhorse, Leeds
03 – The Lexington, Islington
06 – White Noise Festival, Leicester
July
16 – Two Thousand Trees Festival (Main Stage)
25 – Off The Cuff @ The Flapper and Firkin, Birmingham
The band are currently writing material for their as yet untitled third LP, which is expected early next year and will be taking this opportunity to test run new songs and an entirely new live setup before they head out for a much longer run of dates in the Autumn.
Sticking firmly to their ‘DIY’ guns, Maybeshewill are still doing all their own booking and press and running their own label. For more info hit their website.
