The Line of Best Fit
Marika Hackman gets grilled by her bassist Jelly Denniston at this year’s Field Day.
Lining up for a Q&A from bandmate Denniston in the Dr. Martens Boot Room at the twelfth edition of London’s favourite left-field music festival, Hackman reveals her dream music collaborations, most embarrassing moment and the best song she’s ever written. Watch the full interview above.
Field Day was also the last stop on Dr.Martens Boot Room tour. The iconic brand - as vital to the music scene in 2019 as it ever was - brought four shipping containers, a fully rigged stage, fifteen acts and a whole host of memorabilia to the event’s new home in Tottenham.
