A rare full-length documentary about Manic Street Preachers’ influential debut album Generation Terrorists is set to air at Hackney Picture House next month.
Culture, Alienation, Boredom and Despair, shot by filmmaker Kieran Evans and Manics collaborator Robin Turner, will feature at the second Heavenly Films Night at the East London venue.
The event will also screen five of the band’s best promo videos, as personally selected by bassist and lyricist Nicky Wire. It’ll take place on 2 May, starting at 6.45pm.
