Makaya McCraven announces new album with first single "Seventh String"

Chicago's Makaya McCraven has announced his forthcoming album In These Times, and has unveiled new track "Seventh String" as the lead outing.
"Seventh String" is the first taster of McCraven's new 11-track album, and follows last year's Deciphering the Message album.
In These Times features contributions from Jeff Parker, Junius Paul, Brandee Younger, Joel Ross, Marquis Hill and more, and was recorded in five different studios and four live performance spaces.

"Seventh String" is out now. Makaya McCraven's In These Times album will be released 23 September through International Anthem / Nonesuch / XL Recordings, and is available to pre-order now.
