Mahalia is releasing a new EP on Friday
Mahalia has announced that she's releasing a new EP titled Isolation Tapes on Friday (1 May).
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, artists like Mahalia have been using their time during lockdown to revisit old songs, start new projects, and just focus on music.
Mahalia has decided to put out three new tracks as an EP called Isolation Tapes, and it's arriving at the end of this week.
She says, "Since being at home, I’ve spent a lot of time writing new music and listening to old music. I found songs that I’d forgotten about, listened to them and fell in love with them all over again. In these uncertain times, when we have so little control over what is going to happen next, I think we have to focus on what we can control. Music is where I feel that most. And I’m so proud to be putting this EP out!"
