Madonna on Tory Lanez using "Into the Groove" illegally: "I am tired of being taken advantage of"
Madonna has revealed she's "tired of being taken advantage of" after Tory Lanez used her "Into the Groove" song illegally.
Madonna recently shared her feelings about Tory Lanez using "Into the Groove" on his "Pluto's Last Comet" song earlier this month with a comment on one of his recent Instagram posts.
Madonna wrote, "Read your messages [f]or illegal usage of my song get into the groove!"
According to Rolling Stone, Madonna shared a statement yesterday (29 December) through a representative about the situation, which read: "I am tired of being taken advantage of and I mean business."
"Into the Groove" was released by Madonna in 1984.
It's currently unclear if Madonna plans to take further action, or if Tory Lanez has replied to Madonna.
