Madonna claims she had coronavirus at the end of her Madame X tour
In a lengthy Instagram post, Madonna has cleared up her discussion about having COVID-19 antibodies the other day, and claims she had coronavirus towards the end of her Madame X tour.
Last week, Madonna posted a new quaratine diary video entry, in which she revealed that she tested positive for coronavirus antibodies, and said, "I'm just going to go for a long drive in the car. I'm going to roll down the window, I'm going to roll down the window and breathe in the COVID-19 air."
Yesterday (6 May), the Madame X singer decided to clear up her statements made in the video in a new Instagram post. She writes, "And just to clear things up for people who would rather believe sensationalist headlines than do their own research about the nature of this virus - I am not currently sick."
Madonna adds, "When you test positive for anti-bodies it means you HAD the virus which I. clearly did as I was sick at the end of my tour in Paris over seven weeks ago along with many other artists in my show but at the time. We all thought we had a very bad flu. Thank God we are all healthy and well now. Hope that clears things up for the band wagon jumpers!! Knowledge is Power!"
