Sometimes you get indie acts covering hip-hop tracks, but rarely do you get the other way around. That’s all changed today however, with rapper Mac Miller covering Conor Oberst and co.
Yes, Miller’s showed his more mellow (or at least melodic) side by taking on Bright Eyes track “Lua”. Surprisingly, it’s not the first time he’s covered Oberst either, formerly covering “First Day Of My Life” live also.
You can listen to both of those renditions below, with Miller going by the moniker “Larry Fisherman”.
