Mabel unveils new Pokémon 25th anniversary single "Take It Home"
Mabel has released new single "Take It Home" today (16 July) as part of Pokémon's 25th anniversary celebrations.
"Take It Home" follows Mabel's June comeback single "Let Them Know", and will appear on Pokémon 25: The Album due out later this year.
Mabel told PEOPLE of the release, "I'm such a big Pokémon fan, and when they asked me to be a part of it, I needed to make the perfect song - something that's fun, and that embodies that playful spirit."
She added, "I wanted to create these parallel worlds of reality versus fantasy because I'm a big dreamer. I had so many imaginary friends when I was a kid, and it was honestly a childhood dream to just be dancing with Pokémon."
"Take It Home" will feature on Pokémon 25: The Album alongside previous singles from Katy Perry and Post Malone. The album will include a total of 14 songs by 11 UMG artists.
