M.I.A. releases dancefloor ready single "Borders"

M.I.A. has shared a new single called "Borders", potentially from upcoming project Matahdatah.

It's a buzzing slab of jerky electro-pop with all the classic M.I.A.-isms, but it's also a pop-heavy offering, punctuated by trappy beats and massive drops.

It could well be the second Matahdatah Scroll - the first, featuring "Swords" and "Warriors", was released over the summer.
