Lulu and the Lampshades reveal new EP
Quirky folk-pop quartet Lulu and the Lampshades are set to release their forthcoming EP, Cold Water, on Moshi Moshi Records on February 14. Captivating calypso soaked title track ‘Cold Water’ will also be put out as a limited edition 7” via Moshi Moshi Singles Club alongside EP number ‘Cups.’ Adapted from the traditional folk song ‘You’re Gonna Miss Me When I’m Gone’, the latter track is accompanied by a perfectly kitsch video in which the girls use actual cups as percussion.
You can catch Lulu and the Lampshades live on their UK tour next month.
