London's KOKO is closed temporarily to fix "structural issue"
A number of shows have been relocated or cancelled while the structural work is carried out.
Camden's iconic KOKO venue is closed for the next few weeks while it gets fixed up to solve a "structural issue".
Earlier today the venue offered a statement about the sudden closure, "We have recently been made aware of a structural issue due to ongoing construction works at KOKO, as a result we have had to temporarily close the venue until mid-October."
The statement also lists the shows affected by the closure, and says original tickets for relocated gigs should be valid, as well as providing information on the relocated venues.
The impressive music venue is over 115 years old, having opened back in 1990.
Since then KOKO has welcomed a vast amount of musicians to its stage, including recent visitors Jenny Lewis, Jens Lekman, Brockhampton, Maggie Rogers and more.
