Music Beats Mines is a three-month festival of music, poetry and the arts, to raise funds for MAG to clear landmines, weapons and other remnants of conflict. All money will go towards helping conflict-affected communities recover.
Next Saturday in Liverpool sees a gig featuring the likes of Welsh wonder-kids Gallops, our favourite purveyors of electronica worriedaboutsatan and Mr. Fuck Button himself, Andrew Hung spinning some discs.
Tickets are a ridiculously low fee of £5, which you can get here, and all proceeds go to a bloody great cause. So, if you can make it to The Static Gallery next weekend, there’s only one place to be.
More info on the Facebook event too.
