Long-running Chicago radio show This American Life is not adverse to its famous guests. Heck, the entire premise of the show was originally conceived to set up a conversation between Philip Glass and Spike Lee. Now, TV On The Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe has appeared in an episode, called “Except For The One Thing”.
Adebimpe played an African war lord in a short story written by The Office‘s B.J. Novak entitled “One More Thing”. In the story, Tunde’s character goes on a date with a woman voiced by Mad Men‘s Alison Brie – a date which goes well until the subject of occupations.
You can stream the episode below, with Adebimpe appearing at the 7 minute mark.
