The first track to drop from forthcoming tUnE-yArDs’ album w h o k i l l , ‘Bizness’, is a beautiful and worldly slice of avant-garde pop that sees Californian Merrill Garbus’s shrill vocals rise over fluttering instrumentation. Her sophomore full-length is due out on April 18 via 4AD and, having heard this latest track, (available to stream and download below), I for one cannot wait for that date to roll-around.
Tickets for her recently announced tour go on sale this week.
