Listen to Bully's cover of "Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying" by Belle and Sebastian
Bully have recorded a new cover of Belle and Sebastian's "Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying", and you can listen to it at the bottom of the page.
The band unveiled their debut record Feels Like last month - we were very impressed, and it was made our Album Of The Week ahead of its release.
Bully's rendition of the track debuted on Rookie, where they also gave an interview explaining, among other things, their choice of cover, with frontwoman Alicia Bognanno saying: "That song was more of a full-band pick. Our drummer and our bass player really love Belle & Sebastian. I’ve never really, really gotten into them, but when we were brainstorming ideas [about what to do for this month’s theme song], that one came up. I listened to the lyrics, and I thought it was really cool. It sounded like the opposite of how we sound, so I thought it would be fun to do a cover of it."
Feels Like is out now on Columbia.
