I’m not going to lie, I’ve a fairly unhealthy crush on these two girls. They have it all really, don’t they? The usual Scandinavian good looks, a rye smile and a sincere knack for producing some of the most infectious (albeit heavily nineties aping) pop we’ve heard in some time. We premiered their ‘Ghandi’ video a few months back and now Emma and Mia Kemppianen return with the second single to be lifted from the forthcoming Heavenly Records debut Love & Nature (out February 21).
Moving away from the frankly warped imagery from their previous video, ‘Future Me’ sees the sisters cavorting around a foreign destination; hanging out on the beach, hanging out with a man with a parrot, hanging out on some swings with a toy camera. Just hanging. Man. I wonder if they need a third, bearded member? Doubtful.
