Lana Del Rey shares full versions of "Looking For America" and "Season of the Witch"
Lana Del Rey has released the full versions of new tracks "Looking For America" and "Season of the Witch".
"Looking For America" was initially revealed earlier this week, arriving with a note from Lana Del Rey about the meaning, "Now I know I’m not a politician and I’m not trying to be so excuse me for having an opinion - but in light of all of the mass shootings and the back to back shootings in the last couple of days which really affected me on a cellular level I just wanted to post this video that our engineer Laura took 20 minutes ago. I hope you like it. I’m singing love to the choruses I recorded this morning. I’m going to call it "Looking for America"."
With the help of Jack Antonoff, who has produced her forthcoming Norman Fucking Rockwell album, Lana Del Rey has managed to release the tender new track in full today (9 August), alongside the full version of "Season of the Witch" for new film Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark is produced by Guillermo del Toro. Lana Del Rey presented del Toro with his Hollywood Walk of Fame star on Tuesday (6 August).
