Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's former house in Seattle is up for sale
The Seattle house that once belonged to Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love is up for sale for the first time since she sold the property in 1997.
The house was bought by Love and Cobain in January 1994, just four months before Cobain's death by suicide on the same property.
Love and Cobain's former house is situated in the Denny-Blaine neighbourhood of Seattle, and has an asking price of $7,500,000.
The property was built in 1902, and has four bedrooms and bathrooms, a wine cellar, and looks onto the Cascades and Lake Washington.
While the house was home to the notorious couple, the advert for the property doesn't list any information about its former owners.
Last Friday (27 September), a 25th anniversary edition of Nirvana's MTV Unplugged in New York album was announced. The album will feature rehearsal recordings that were previously only available on the DVD version.
