Danish electronic artist Kill J has shared her cover of Aqua's kitschy 1997 track "Barbie Girl".
The bubblegummy euro-pop original has been stretched and warped and turned inside out by Kill J. Writing on Soundcloud, Kill J succinctly explains the cover: "My dystopian take on a classic."
In October, Kill J performed alongside MAASAI and Loveless at the Ja Ja Ja club night.
