Khruangbin link with Quantic to cover Booker T. & the M.G.'s "Green Onions"

Khruangbin's cover of Booker T. & the M.G.'s 1962 classic "Green Onions" features New York DJ and producer Quantic, and was recorded as an Amazon Music exclusive.

According to Stereogum, Booker T. & the M.G.'s Steve Cropper said that Khruangbin's cover is "a very nice rendition of the song… I really like the modern touch with the rhythm."

The cover marks Khruangbin's first outing since appearing on Ron Trent's "Flos Potentia (Sugar, Cotton, Tabacco)" in April.
