Kevin Morby covers Tierra Whack's "Dolly"
Kevin Morby decided to cover Tierra Whack's Pop? EP song "Dolly" for a recent SiriusXMU session.
Following the release of his latest album This Is A Photograph last month, Morby took part in a SiriusXMU session, and performed a live cover of Tierra Whack's "Dolly".
"Dolly" appeared on Whack's Pop? EP that landed in December last year. Pop? was preceded by another EP titled Rap?, and was followed by R&B? a week later.
Whack told Billboard of the track back in February, "If I hear something cool, I’m like, I wanna try that. I watched the Dolly Parton documentary on Netflix and I started listening to bluegrass and I’m like ‘yo, this is so cool,’ and then I made a song called "Dolly"."
