Kero Kero Bonito have shared their single from new covers comp Covered In Gloria - their offering is a smooth pop edition of Oasis' "Rock n Roll Star".
Oasis' iconic original gets KKB's signature twist, with celestial stabs and swooning vocal lines - it's hella different, but the trio own it. The track comes after last year's wide-eyed debut Bonito Generation.
The album also includes covers by Sean NIcholas Savage, LXURY, Eyedress, ALASKALASKA, and Bullion, and covers of Beastie Boys, Kim Wilde, Roy Orbison, and Edwyn Collins.
Covered In Gloria is out via DEEK on 8 September. Pre-order now from Bandcamp.
