Kendrick Lamar to premiere short film at Sundance Los Angeles

Kendrick Lamar is set to release a 14-minute long short film inspired by his breakthrough album good kid, m.A.A.d city.
The film - directed by Kahlil Joseph - will premiere at Sundance NEXT Fest in Los Angeles on 9 August. It’s been described as “a kaleidoscope of storylines and ideas that defy typical categorization [and] explore new languages and new forms”.
Meanwhile, Lamar is currently prepping a new album.
