Keep Shelly In Athens singer leaves group, stream farewell track “Old Time Glory”
Keep Shelly In Athens vocalist Sarah P has announced that she’s no longer a part of the dream-pop outfit.
The singer made the announcement via Twitter on Friday evening (17 January), writing: “I’m letting you know that I’m no longer in Keep Shelly in Athens. Thank you for your support!”. She added that she will now “focus on new things”.
An official statement from Cascine reads: ”Moving forward, Keep Shelly In Athens will continue with a new singer. A new album will be announced later this year.”
You hear a farewell track to mark the singer’s departure with “Old Time Glory” streaming beneath. The Greece-based duo released their debut album At Home just last year via Cascine.
