Midweek statistics show that Justin Timberlake is expected to pick up his first number one single since 2006 this weekend.
Timberlake’s comeback track ‘Mirrors’ is currently in the lead of the UK Singles Chart, which could see the star at the top spot for the first time since ‘SexyBack’.
Official Charts Company figures show JT to be around 2000 sales ahead of Bastille, who are chasing a close second with new single ‘Pompeii’.
Meanwhile, Emeli Sande is expected to retain the number 1 spot in the Albums Chart after her dominance at the BRIT Awards.
