Tickets for Bieber's show, a UK festival exclusive, will be available in a pre-sale from 9am 12 December, with general sale beginning on 15 December.
Kings Of Leon, Green Day, and Phil Collins have already been confirmed for the huge outdoor series, with many more headliners and supporting acts to be confirmed.
As well as London, Bieber has also confirmed he'll be in the UK on 30 June for a massive headline show at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.
