Over the past week, Bieber has been posting numerous posts relating to the Black Lives Matter protests and the fight for racial justice.
In his latest post, which he uploaded on Saturday (6 June), Bieber writes about his plan to use his social media platform to support the Black Lives Matter movement. He writes, "I am inspired by black culture. I have benefited off of black culture. My style, how I sing, dance, perform, and my fashion have all been influenced and inspired by black culture."
He adds, "I am committed to using my platform from this day forward to learn, to speak up about racial injustice and systematic oppression, and to identify ways to be a part of a much needed change."
